What we do

We have a team of passionate people in multiple verticals whose purpose is to identify, procure, and execute investment strategies, predominantly surrounding real estate assets. Ultimately, we execute win-win-win scenarios. Whenever an opportunity is created our goal is to create a balance between all of the seats that are at the table of the opportunity which include investors, municipalities, trade subcontractors and end users.

Summit Building Group will continue to operate as a licensed general contractor. It will advance the build-out of its pre construction and project management teams to provide top-tier construction management services to a majority of the projects undertaken by the other two verticals.
Concordia Development Group will transition from a holding company into an elite land development team focused on developing real property and improving ground to reposition assets for Teton Investment Group.
Teton Investment Group will be a skilled venture capital firm focused on identifying asset and land development opportunities. It will build departments for economic and data analytics, acquisitions, underwriting and fund management. It will also spearhead the efforts of raising, placing and managing private equity.
